• Class is held same night of the week for the life of the cohort at a school close by
• Use PHILLIPS Professional Reimbursement Pool to assist in tuition payment up to certain limits

• Take two classes a semester finishing in two years
• Intern as an Assistant Teacher in year one with 90% tuition assistance and a monthly stipend
• Become a PHILLIPS teacher in year two with 40% tuition assistance
