PHILLIPS welcomes new President & CEO
The PHILLIPS Programs Board of Trustees is proud to announce the appointment of Piper Phillips Caswell as President & CEO. Caswell brings thirty years of experience working with children, adults and families living with lifelong disabilities, in both private, non-profit, and government settings. She began her career in special education at PHILLIPS, serving as an assistant teacher at PHILLIPS School ~ Annandale and continued her connection with PHILLIPS for 14 years serving on the Board of Trustees. She will officially assume the President & CEO role on April 1, 2013. Expressing her excitement to join PHILLIPS, Caswell stated, “It is an honor to be joining the PHILLIPS team and to be working with so many skilled educators who share my passion for special education, youth and family development. We will continue the long tradition of upholding the values we embrace: integrity, compassion, effectiveness, addressing individual needs, working as a community, and above all else, ensuring the safety of everyone.”
