PHILLIPS is proud to announce Community Counts: A Legislative Breakfast in partnership with other specialized day school programs on October 7, 2025. The occasion marks an opportunity to celebrate Virginia’s first Specialized Education School Week (October 6-10, 2025).
The event will feature Delegate Charniele Herring, Virginia House Majority Leader, Danielle Damm, Executive Director & CEO of National Association of Private Special Education Centers, Dr. Allison Sibley, Ph.D., LICSW, Parent, Director, The Sibley Group, and Michael Triggs, CEO, Poplar Spring Hospital.
