Since 1967, PHILLIPS Programs has served youth and their families with research-based special education. Our day schools enroll students residing in the Washington, D.C. region, including nearby Maryland and Virginia, and focus on a strengths-based educational philosophy. In addition to following an approved academic curriculum for elementary and secondary education, our schools also provide behavioral counseling, speech-language services, occupational and physical therapy, and transition services for employment and community integration. We take great pride in making the list of Blue Ribbon Schools by the U.S. Department of Education!
