WHAT IS PHILLIPS ~ DESIGNING FUTURES?
The goal of PHILLIPS’ CTE program is to provide youth with the soft skills, technical skills and drive to succeed so they become gainfully employed. The success of this practice has opened a new career pathway in additive manufacturing. PHILLIPS aims to build upon the educational program by operating a social enterprise worker cooperative to meet the growing demand for products such as PPE and provide employment opportunities for youth transitioning from school to work.
